Fan used to disperse smoke in fire at Aldwick home

A VENTILATION fan was used to remove smoke after a small fire at an Aldwick home.

The fire in the ground floor lounge of the house in South Avenue was extinguished by West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service crews.

A neighbour called 999 after hearing the property's fire alarm. The occupants of the house were not at home.
