Police hunt for Eastbourne flasher who exposed himself in front of girl

Police are hunting for a flasher who exposed himself and performed a sex act in public in Eastbourne.

Officers received reports a man had been seen on two occasions on Friday (September 4) with his genitals exposed while performing a sex act.

The incidents happened at about 7.45pm, according to police.

The first was in Shinewater Lane, near its junction with Milfoil Drive.

And the second was shortly afterwards in Foxglove Road, near the dentist car park, police said.

On the second occasion, he was reported to have also whistled at a woman and a girl.

When the woman shouted at him to stop what he was doing, he ran off down Foxglove Road and out of view, said police.

Police investigating the matter are keen to hear from anyone who saw the man, or any suspicious behaviour in the area at the time.

The man is described as white, in his late 20s or early 30s, around 5ft 11ins and of medium build.

He had brown hair and beard/stubble, and was wearing dark clothing, police said, including a dark hooded top with the hood up.
