Chane Hill, 45, of Broadfield Park, Crawley, was given a community order, with an £85 victim services surcharge, £50 costs, and £39.99 compensation. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a Class B drug (the synthetic cannabinoid 5F-MDMB-PINACA), and to theft of a pair of headphones from PC World in Haywards Heath.
Tommy Hill, 28, of no fixed address, was jailed for six weeks. He had pleaded guilty to theft of a bottle of fortified wine, and common assault, at Lidl in Crawley, and admitted breaching a suspended sentence.

Morioi Constantin, 33, of Braemar Avenue, London, was given a community order with 130 hours of unpaid work, £430 compensation, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft of clothing worth £758 from Monsoon in Crawley, and of clothing worth £860 from JD Sports in Crawley.
Laura Carter, 46, of Fenchurch Road, Maidenbower, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been convicted of failing to identify a driver suspected of speeding on the A22.
Jainaba Faye, 36, of Balcombe Road, Crawley, was fined £262, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding in Worth Park Avenue, Crawley.

Gary Strong, 56, of Selsey Road, Crawley, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. He had been convicted of driving without insurance in Southgate Avenue, Crawley.
Andrei Blejeru, 29, of no fixed address, was fined £162, with a £30 victim services surcharge, £250 costs, and seven penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Pegler Way, Crawley.

Further to the Court Results listings published in the Crawley Observer of February 22, we wish to make clear that Gordon Smith, 43, of Clayford, Dormansland, was given a four week jail sentence, suspended for 18 months, with an 18 month driving ban, a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs.
He had pleaded guilty to being in charge of a vehicle while alcohol level above limit in Queens Road, East Grinstead.
