Armed police respond to man 'in distress' in Bognor Regis
Police are attending an incident in Bognor Regis this morning (Monday, April 20).
A large number of police officers are responding to an ongoing incident in The Esplanade today with reports of a man 'in distress'.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Police are currently dealing with an ongoing incident involving a man in distress in The Esplanade, Bognor Regis.
"We have no further information at this stage."
