Clear View

THE first edition of Rother Views, a full-colour, free-distribution magazine will shortly be dropping through letter boxes across Rother district.

Council leader Cllr Carl Maynard explains in a Welcome note: "This is a new venture for Rother District Council.

"We hope you will enjoy reading about council services and our work in and around the district.

"Whether you live in Bexhill, Battle, Rye, Robertsbridge, Ticehurst or one of our other villages, large or small, I'm confident you'll find something of interest.

"Our aim is to produce an occasional magazine that over time tells you all you need to know both about the council and life in Rother.

"By listening to your feedback and views we want to develop Rother Views into a really useful and informative source of help for you.

"This might be giving you the right contact details for the council in a clear and easy to read format, telling you more about particular services, getting to know your councillors or showing how you can influence council decisions."
