Hide AdPC Jacqui Thornton, of Horsham’s Neighbourhood Response Team, said: “Shannon has not done any thing like this before and her family say it is out of character for her to simply disappear. She has even left behind her beloved chihuahua dog.”
“We would urge Shannon to get in touch with either her family or police as soon as possible so it can be established that she is safe and well.
“Anyone who knows of her whereabouts or who has seen a girl answering her description is also asked to contact police without delay.”
