ARUN PLANS: Demolition bid to make way for new village houses

PLANS to demolish a house in East Preston and to partially demolish part of a neighbouring property, to enable three new homes to be built on the site, are among the latest planning applications submitted to Arun District Council in the Gazette area.

ARUNDEL: application for certificate of lawfulness for existing use of three bedrooms within the main house as bed and breakfast accommodation (re-submission of AB/63/12/CLE), Brooklands Barn, Priory Lane.

Notice of intention under the Electronic Communications Code (conditions and restrictions) Regulations 2003 to remove and replace six antennae with six new antennae, Arundel Railway Station car park, The Causeway.

EAST PRESTON: first floor extension, providing a reduced garden room on the ground floor, together with three new bedrooms and bathroom on first floor; removal of existing pitched roof and replacement with lower mono-pitched/flat roofs (re-submission following EP/70/12, and re-advertisement due to amended description), Sandgate House, South Strand.

Single-storey rear and side extensions, and loft conversion to create two additional bedrooms and shower room; new dormers to front, side and rear elevations, 1 Worthing Road.
