Appeal over missing teenager

Police in Bromley Borough are appealing for the public's help in locating a missing teenage girl.

Ellie McGowan, 13, from Bromley was last seen at around 6.30am on 11 January leaving Brighton rail station in the company of a black male.

Officers do not know who this man is and are growing increasingly concerned for the Ellie’s safety and welfare.

Ellie is described as white, around 5ft 3ins tall and has gap in her front teeth.

She was last seen wearing a blue top, grey Converse jogging bottoms, a grey hoody, white and blue trainers and carrying a JD sports bag.

Anyone who has seen Ellie or who has any information on her whereabouts is urged to contact police in Bromley via 101 or tweet @MetCC.
