All welcome to Horsham District Council’s annual civic service

The annual Horsham District Council Civic Service will be held at Horsham Parish Church of St Mary’s in The Causeway on Sunday June 23 at 6:30pm and everyone is welcome to attend.

Philip Circus (Con, Chanctonbury), chairman of HDC, is inviting one and all to join him for this special service, which marks the start of the new council year and joins the Flower Festival’s closing celebration service, in Choral Evensong.

This year, the theme of the flower festival is ‘Favourite Hymns’.

Everyone is welcome and refreshments will be served in the Causeway Barn afterwards.

Mr Circus said: “I extend a warm welcome to all in the district to join me for this special service.

“This will be my first chance to meet the public in my year as chairman and I am very much looking forward to the event.”
