100 homes in Bognor Regis Community College site development

More than a hundred homes could be built around Bognor Regis Community College.

Plans for 114 houses and flats on two locations of the college's campus have been revealed by West Sussex County Council.

The development would be contained on two sites, totalling 2.8 hectares. One is on the campus's southern boundary along West Meads Drive, Amberley Drive and Pevensey Road.

The other is at the northern end where Westloats Lane and Collyer Avenue meet. The proposed redevelopment forms part of the radical changes due to take place on the campus in the next two years.

Arun District Council will determine the housing application. The school proposals will be decided by the county council because they are educational facilities.
