Access restricted on road to Eastbourne dog walking spot
Access on a road leading to a popular Eastbourne dog walking spot has been restricted.
Butts Lane, which leads to Butts Brow, is set to have restricted access to traffic until Monday to allow for an underground electricity cable to be repaired.
A spokesperson for UK Power Networks said, “For safety reasons, due to the width of the road, traffic restrictions are in place and access is being maintained for residents. Work started on Tuesday and we will be reinstating the road and removing the restrictions as quickly as possible. We apologise to residents for the inconvenience caused.”
