Tobin & Lulham Insurance Consultants in Station Road has applied to change the use of the building into four flats, according to plans submitted to Wealden District Council.
Plans say the site is currently vacant and ‘market housing’ would be created in the form of four one-bed flats. Members of the public can comment until March 23.
