There will be Screaming Blue Murder at the Garden

The Winter Garden Floral Hall will once again resound with laughter as the Screaming Blue Murder Comedy Club takes to its stage on April 18 (doors open at 8pm, comedy starts at 9pm).

The penultimate show this season introduces Michael Fabbri who quickly stamped his mark on the UK circuit appearing in the 2003 final of Channel 4’s So You Think You’re Funny?

He rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most promising up and coming comedians on the circuit, a reputation that he is living up to, regularly performing for the best clubs in the country.

With a dark and honest approach to some of life’s more touchy subjects Fabbri manages to effortlessly slip between some harsh, controversial topics to light-hearted silliness to make for a refreshingly eclectic and brilliantly funny act.

Paul Pirie gave up acting to pursue the funny man within and quickly established himself on the Scottish comedy circuit having had several sell-out shows in consecutive years at the Glasgow Comedy Festival.

He is fast-talking with energetic delivery - a superb physical performer.

Also appearing is Dublin-born comedian Mary Bourke one of the best female acts in the country.

The much-loved host of The Fortnight Club, every comic’s favourite gig, she is a hugely sought-after headliner as well as a prolific writer.

Compered by Eastbourne favourite Windsor, the bars open at 8pm with comedy from 9pm until late.

Please be advised comedy club is for ages 16+.

Tickets cost £10, call 412000.
