Tommy takes up Scrooge role again

TOMMY Steele will be starring in Scrooge, which comes to the Congress Theatre from October 25-29.

Tommy’s return to the London Palladium in the musical sent him into the record books as the star to have headlined the most performances at London’s most famous theatre.

His legendary career includes more than 20 hit singles, Hollywood movie hits and award-winning stage musicals.

Scrooge is a heart-warming family story with specially created illusions by magician Paul Kieve, who was acclaimed for the magic effects in the Harry Potter films. Evening performances are at 7.30pm, with Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday matinees at 2.30pm.
