Shakespeare’s Globe on Tour makes its annual visit to Herstmonceux Castle with a brand new production of Much Ado About Nothing.
To be performed on a traditional booth stage, inspired by Elizabethan paintings and etchings, Much Ado About Nothing is a miracle of comic and dramatic suspense and gives us in the bantering Beatrice and Benedick, two of the Bard’s wittiest and most enduring pair of lovers.
The performance take place on the lawn on Tuesday July 15 at 7pm and will go ahead regardless of the weather. Tickets £18.50 (concessions £13.50) from 834479. Bring rugs, cushions, low backed chairs and picnics, which can be enjoyed from 5.30pm.
