A spectacular musical adaptation of the classic ‘The Wind in the Willows’ will be performed at the Under Ground Theatre on Sunday, February 22, at 2.30pm and 6.30pm - the perfect treat for all the family.
Join the boat-loving Ratty, sensible yet curious Mole, wise old Badger and fantastically irrepressible Toad as they embark on the adventure of a lifetime culminating in a colourful battle with a pair of pick-pocketing weasels to save Toad Hall.
Eye-catchingly elaborate costumes, toe-tapping music and larger-than-life characters promise to capture the imagination of the youngest of audience members while the sheer nostalgic charm of this beloved story is guaranteed to take older generations on a glorious trip down the riverbank onto memory lane.
Award-nominated Immersion Theatre and the critically-acclaimed Cambridge Touring Theatre join forces to present the show. Both companies are known for their passion for the stage, have a wealth of experience and are committed to creating dynamic, exciting and accessible theatre to the highest quality.
