The Rockabellas are bringing their killer heels, killer curves and killer harmonies to Eastbourne when they entertain at the Under Ground Theatre on Sunday October 4.
Today’s answer to The Andrews Sisters, Britain’s favourite vintage girl group will kick off their performance at 7.30pm.
The Rockabellas - Sarah, Pippa and Lizzie - combine stunning close harmony vocals with bespoke big band arrangements, cute choreography and top to toe pin-up glamour and style.
In this special concert, the girls will be serving up a perfectly nostalgic repertoire featuring toe-tapping tunes from wartime songbirds and big band swing sensations, right through to more modern pop songs which they beat into submission with their retro sticks to get you well and truly In The Mood.
The ladies have enchanted audiences in venues as diverse as the Cafe De Paris, the official Queen’s Jubilee Family Festival, the FA Cup Final, and Epsom Ladies Day, as well as the Battle Proms, and National Armed Forces Week.
The show is presented by Paul Burton Productions in association with The Rockabellas. Doors and coffee-bar open at 7pm. Tickets: £12 (UGT members £10). Buy at the UGT on Fridays & Saturdays (10am-4pm); at any UGT event; from Eastbourne Tourist Information Centre; from Oxboffice via www.undergroundtheatre.co.uk or 0845 680 1926 or on the door if available.
