Music and fun works for UGT audiences

It’s billed as an evening of mirth and chaos - a mix of of music and humour this evening (Friday May 20) with local talent at the Under Ground Theatre.

This is a perfect chance to show appreciation to the wordsmiths and musicians who have performed regularly at the venue - finally let loose on the stage together. Come and enjoy this amazing event with ‘R’n’R (Richard Walder and Ron Turner), John Cave, Geoff Morley and Mike Alridge when they get together in this one-off performance of collective chaos. Tickets £5. A buffet will be served as part of the ticket price. Venue and bar open at 7pm.

The Saturday morning free session tomorrow sees Howard Harper perform from 10-12 midday. Following concert and festival gigs last summer and a successful winter tour, Howard returns to perform numbers from his extensive catalogue of country blues songs.
