Church hosting much loved work by Maunder

THERE will be a performance of J H Maunder’s ‘Olivet to Calvary’ at St Andrew’s United Reformed Church on April 20 at 7.30pm.

This well-loved work chronicles the last week of the Saviour’s life, from his triumphant entry into Jerusalem, the scene at the Mount of Olives, the trial before Pilate, the crucifixion and the triumph of the resurrection. It will be directed by Colin Hughes.

The soloists are Paul Frisby and Ian Collins. The organ will be played by Paul Collins.

Entry is free with a retiring collection.
