JOHN Williams and Richard Harvey will be performing at All Saints Church on May 14 (7.30pm).
John Williams is one of the most versatile and respected guitarists in the world and both a Grammy and Brit Award winner.
Specially arranged to coincide with the Eastbourne Festival, this concert is part of a world tour with fellow musician and composer Richard Harvey, who amongst many other things performed all woodwind solos on the score for the Lion King and has written for some 25 films including music for the Da Vinci Code.
The evening’s programme includes works by both performers and such composers as George Frideric Handel, Francis Bebey (Cameroon) and Turlough O’Carolan (Ireland).
