Former Phantom and Les Miserables star Tabitha Webb visits Eastbourne on Saturday, January 31, to sing songs from the shows, as well as share something of her life in the West End.
As Ambassador for the charity Interserve, she will talk about her recent visits to south and central Asia where the charity is active in working with orphans, trafficked women and the homeless.
The event, at Victoria Baptist Church in Eldon Road, is part of Interserve’s Love Changes Everything campaign raising funds to facilitate its hospice care programme in central Asia for the homeless, as well as support for orphanages in south Asia.
Caladine Accountants, Kingdom Way Trust and Best Western Lansdowne Hotel are partnering the charity to promote this event. In addition Bede’s School choir will perform two songs as part of the concert.
Tabitha said, “I’m thrilled to be able to share the amazing work I have seen. It has been a privilege to visit orphanages, slum communities, hostels for trafficked women and shelters for the homeless.”
