A feast of entertainment awaits the audience for a special concert at The Royal Hippodrome on Friday, October 25, with all profits going to St Wilfrid’s Hospice.
Top of the bill will be the very talented Julia Martin as Dame Shirley Bassey. Not only does she sound incredibly like Dame Shirley but she wears the same dazzling costumes.
There is a second tribute artiste in the shape of Mike Lee who brings to life the great songs of Matt Munro and there are also adult and school choirs and the very talented local singer Grant Martins.
Classical and popular music is provided by Premiere Strings and Lizz Lipscombe on electric violin.
There will be the great brass sound of Eastbourne Silver Band with dancing provided by Shining Stars.
Humour comes from impressionist Drew Cameron who featured on Britain’s Got Talent.
The new hospice has recently been completed and funds are needed to equip the building as well as providing assistance towards annual running costs.
“Please come and support this great charity,” said a spokesperson.
Tickets £12 - £14 with £2 concessions.
