With dance students from across Eastbourne and Hastings, Street Styles 4 All is celebrating its tenth year anniversary by holding its biggest ever show next Saturday at the Congress Theatre.
Principal Francesca Cotterill said: “This will be a massive step up for us as a company. We will have all of our students performing including our talented Demo Squad crews, who compete and perform around the country. We also have a real range of guest acts on the night, Entity Allstars, Britain’s Got Talent Finalists 2015 and film stars from ‘Street Dance Family Movie’ are our headline act for the evening. We also have Alex Mechanikool as our host, Got To Dance Semi-Finalist 2013. As well as these amazing acts we will be having the extremely talented Rain Crew perform - Rain Crew are based in London and are a B-Boy group and dance school who specialise in Breaking, Hip-hop, House and Krump. They have competed at a national and international level.
We will be getting the whole community involved in our show and giving up and coming acts the chance to showcase their talents too. We will have performances from Streetfunk, a local street dance company based in Brighton, Tim Moyo, a local singer/songwriter from Eastbourne, Bethany Rands-Walsh, a singer from Eastbourne and Team Kaizen, a street dance company based in London. We can’t wait for this amazing evening.”
Street Styles 4 All has been running since 2006 starting with just one class for adults and it has been expanding ever since, now running classes six days a week for ages five plus, all over the region.
SS4A provides teaching of all of the street dance styles and holds various workshops and events such as the summer school week from August 1-6 with professional dancers from all over the world coming to teach and share their knowledge of dance.
Francesca added: “We now even have two of our students working for us and also offer apprenticeships to help the younger generation get into work. For all inquiries please call 01323 332183 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.”
Tickets £8 children and £10 for adults (Unders 3s go free.)
