The photograph ‘Two Together’ by Sheila Wood won the PAGB Gold medal; this was at the Kent Exhibition, with a string of other images from other members, making this has been a rewarding season for EPS which has done “exceptionally well” in outside competitions.

Last July EPS qualified for the National Digital Image Competition held at Warwick University for the first time in the Society’s history. EPS achieved a credible fifth place against 29 clubs from Great Britain in the Plate Competition.

EPS ran the Kent County Ross Cup in October at the Winter Garden which saw a record number of people from Kent, London and East Sussex attend. EPS came second by one point against 38 other Clubs and qualified for the PAGB National Print Convention in Ormskirk, Lancashire in autumn. This will be the fourth time in five years that EPS has qualified.
