Listen to a celebrated soprano

Dame Felicity Lott, the celebrated Soprano, will be talking about her life in music on Sunday January 31 at an event arranged by Sussex Opera and Ballet Society.

Dame Felicity has had an exceptional career appearing in a wide variety of operatic roles as well as on the concert stage. In addition she has performed in operetta which has become an interest and she has had a long association with Glyndebourne. Born in Cheltenham, she was musical from an early age and played piano when she was five years old. She also played violin and began singing lessons at the age of 12.

The talk is open to non-members and will be held at the Hydro Hotel starting with a lunch at 12.30 pm followed by the talk. It is also possible to attend the talk only which will start at 2.15pm.
