Hailsham Choral Society concert postponed over coronavirus concerns

Hailsham Choral Society have announced that they are postponing their March concert due to concerns about the coronavirus.

A spokesperson for the group said: “Because of the spread of Corona Virus Hailsham Choral Society have taken the difficult decision to postpone their performance of Handel’s Samson scheduled for Saturday, March 28, at 7.30pm in All Saints’ Church, Eastbourne.

“The concert will now take place on Saturday, September 19, at 7.30pm in All Saints’ Eastbourne.

“If you have already bought a ticket , please return it to the person/place you bought it from for a refund. New tickets will be issued nearer the date.

“At the moment the Choir are planning to go ahead with their summer concert, Animal Crackers, on Saturday, July 4, in Hailsham Community Hall as normal.”
