Christmas at Bedgebury dazzling lights to lift lockdown gloom

Today organisers urged people to book now to avoid disappointment, with tickets selling fast for the third magical outdoor lights trail at the award-winning National Pinetum, from November 20 to December 31,

It follows the sell-out success of last year's magical mile-long trail and people also wanting to plan fun nights out, while many other major events are being postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions.

BUY TICKETS: Tickets on sale now are from £19.50 adult, £13 child, £60 family (two adults and two children), free for carers and two-year-olds and under. Friends of Bedgebury Pinetum members will receive a £1.50 per person discount, for a maximum of six people - CLICK HERE.

Parking is £7 per car, but free for members when booked in advance.

Popular early evening and weekend time slots are expected to be in most demand.

New trail highlights for 2020 include Neon Strings, The Electric Forest and Light Maze.

Inspired by the landscape itself, visitors can explore a winterland of trees from around the world, dramatically illuminated with stunning lights.

This family-friendly trail in the heart of the High Weald AONB countryside will once again be awash with colour. Christmas at Bedgebury is full of seasonal surprises and shimmering reflections that cast light on beautiful silhouettes of majestic trees.

Immerse yourself within woodland neon strings as bouncing lines glow in the moonlight; listen out for singing trees rising high into the night sky and discover the Electric Forest saturated in ever-changing beams of colour.

Walk along the ever-changing water-side reflections and under trees dripping with silvery shards of light, snowflakes and stars. Don’t miss the ever popular Tunnel of Light resplendent in full twinkling splendour with thousands of pea-lights.

Take a moment to pause at the fire garden, aglow with hundreds of flickering flames. Keep an eye out for Father Christmas amongst the pines, spruce and firs along the way.
