An afternoon of old-fashioned variety and music hall fun

ENJOY an afternoon of classic Variety when the Best of British Variety and Music Hall comes to the Congress Theatre on Monday, October 9 (2.30pm).

The spirit of music hall and good old fashioned variety comes to Eastbourne with this delightful afternoon show.

With an array of variety performers, Best of British Variety and Music Hall is sure to brighten up the greyest of October days.

Starring legendary comedy star Stu “I Could Crush A Grape” Francis, West End singing star Marilyn Hill, and local Eastbourne ventriloquist, Steve Hewlett, this production has all the spirit of the variety days.

Joining the cast will be illusionists Van Buren and Allyson, impressionist Adam Daye, 50s singer Jamie Steen and the Martyn St James Band.

Keeping a watchful eye on proceedings is host Mervyn Francis, there to ensure the audience all enjoy the spirit of yesteryear in this special matinee performance.
