Amy through to the semi-finals with Team GB
Worthing's Amy Wilson Hardy is through to the semi-finals of the women's rugby sevens event with Great Britain at the Olympics.
GB won all three of their group matches against Brazil (29-3), Japan (40-0) and Canada (22-0), before beating Fiji 26-7 in the quarter-finals last night.
Wilson Hardy touched down twice in the win against Japan, before scoring a stunning solo try after running from deep inside her own half against Canada.
GB meet New Zealand in the semi-finals, with a 7pm kick-off tonight, before the final gets under way at 11pm.
Wilson Hardy, 24, began her rugby career at Worthing and played at Roundstone Lane aged 11 to 17, before spending a year with Hove. She now plays for Bristol and is also a full-time member of the England Sevens squad.
