Salvidge captures first Hampden Park title

Jamie Salvidge captured his first Hampden Park Squash League title topping the table by four points ahead of closest rival Jez Field.

Salvidge lost just one game on his way to claiming the fiercely contested crown. Sean Wright completed the top three, beating former champion Adam Wrench into fourth.

Guy Kingham won the division one title with Keith Ramesar in second. Both will compete in the top tier next season.

The Division 2 championship was won by Graeme French, who beat Marc Akintibubo by a single point. Despite losing one more match than Akintibubo, French managed to secure the title and move into Division one.

Peter Searle claimed the division three honours while Robert Deering came second.Russell West topped of Division four with 38 points, losing just once. Mark Titherly finished second.

Kieran Brindley triumphed in an extremely close division five, taking the title by a single point from Mark Hawkes .
