ALL Star Soccer continue to produce talented youngsters that are being snapped up by professional football clubs.
Max Thompson, Kyle Cullen-Little, Joe Manning and Ellis Cormack are the latest Eastbourne footballers that have been approached.
Eight-year-old Max Thompson has made the move from Championship side Crystal Palace to Premier League giants Chelsea.
Max had signed for Palace at the beginning of the year, but he was soon spotted by Chelsea, who didn’t wait to snap him up.
On his ninth birthday on Sunday, December 4, Max experienced a day he won’t forget in a hurry, as he made his Chelsea debut against Portsmouth Under-9’s. He went on to score an impressive five goals in a 12-1 win at Cobham.
He has since scored more than 30 goals from six games. Kyle Cullen-Little has been attending sessions on trial with Crystal Palace over the last few months, and he’s certainly made an impression. Kyle has been asked to sign for the London-based club when he becomes an under-9 player. This follows Kyle’s hard work with All Star Soccer, where he has been attending since he was six-years-old, and has been a stand-out performer ever since. Joe Manning and Ellis Cormack have both recently signed for Crawley Town FC after being on trial for six weeks.
Crawley, whose recent F.A Cup runs have shot the club into the sport headlines, had been watching the two boys, and their time and dedication has paid off with the news that they have been signed to the progressive Football League club.
