From: Priscilla Brown,
After a nasty fall on September 23, Lifeline contacted the Polegate ambulance service. Being elderly and a person with disabilities, including hearing impediment, it was very frightening indeed.
The ambulance arrived, and a big thank you to Bob’s team who gave me their professional care – all one could wish for.
I was admitted to Eastbourne District General Hospital. Doctors, nurses, carers ... I received the highest level of care.
Our wonderful doctors and health staff are absolute professionals. We, the patients, rely on kind service given under pressure, which they certainly do.
It’s very sad that British people are witnessing the decline in the NHS.
If only the Government would listen to the people.
Being Prime Minister or an MP it is very difficult to make choices to please all. Because of their mistakes regarding the NHS they should bow their heads in shame. The NHS was the best in the world.
I would like to convey my thanks to Mr Stephen Lloyd MP for Eastbourne, for his quick response to my call having ongoing problems now being seen to.
Now I understand why the MP is so popular.
He listens to people with special needs and is also loyal and a person of integrity.
I do hope, for all of our sakes, one gets peace of mind. See the light at the end of the tunnel.
