n reply to Brian Green’s letter regarding the verbal and physical abuse two ladies have encountered recently by a nasty woman in Tesco.

Instead of your idea of people having to forgo packing their food into bags just for the sake of one extremely impatient individual (or perhaps even two?) would be for the impatient woman to order her shopping online.

No other pesky people around to get in her way then.
