LETTER: Social unrest is a possibility

With all the claims, and counter-claims (some ludicrous) of the effects on the economy etc of leaving, or staying in the EU, it is not easy for the ordinary citizen to decide how to vote in the referendum.

For me, and many others I suspect, the big issue is immigration.

We are a relatively small country and cannot accommodate such huge numbers coming in. Our infrastructure is already creaking, especially in the South East.

Social unrest is a possibility if numbers coming here from the EU countries are not drastically reduced.

The EU was a good idea after the war, but has now gone too far.
