LETTER: Searching for lost relatives

I am researching my wife’s family and wonder if your readers can help? My wife’s uncle was Ernest William Morley (1906-1970) and her aunt Edith Elizabeth Kate Morley, née Beales (1909-1990).

They came to Eastbourne in 1946, to 61 Tideswell Road, moving in 1965 to 3a Midhurst Road.

My mother-in-law lost contact with her sister in the Second World War, and they never met up again.

It was some years before I discovered where Ernest and Edith had gone. I believe Ernest was a painter and decorator.

I use the library computers, so do not have email. My address is 29 Upper Clabdens, Ware, Herts, SG12 7HB and I can be contacted on 07935 223617.

Any letters will have postage refunded. Your assistance will be received gratefully.
