I’m writing to let you, and everyone who reads this paper, know what wonderful treatment I had at the DGH recently. My GP sent me to the Medical Assessment Unit which spent several hours keeping me in the land of the living. I was then transferred to Jevington Ward where I could not have asked for better treatment. They were all caring, kind and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble especially as I was bed-bound for several days. The food was excellent with a vast menu to choose from. I would not have had better care if I had been in a private hospital. Anyone who complains about the place would complain if staying at The Grand.
