LETTER: Fears that Seaford might lose rail connections

editorial image

There are fears that Seaford might lose some rail connections on a reduced timetable, never in all these years has services been so bad as today since Govia Thameslink owners of the Southern franchise took over.

The government must take responsibility for this, this is a very worrying time for passengers who have to travel every day to London via Lewes GTR say there are no plans for closer at Seaford the public have lost faith in the Railways the network has cancelled over 350 services.

Over the last years trains were always on time a guard was on every train put it back to nationalisation not put out to franchises with all the cut -backs today services are worse than ever even with all modern day technology today.

The government encouraged people to use public transport and leave your car at home but they do not have to experience crowded platforms and crowded trains desperate times call for desperate measures remove the franchise Mr Paul Maynard this is not the way to treat paying customers in last week’s heatwave you have been appointed to run these services lets us have a resolution.
