LETTER: Cliff warning signs shortage

The article in the Herald about young people sitting on the cliff edge is nothing new. It’s indicative of what youngsters do and have probably done forever. Common sense doesn’t come in to it! As a regular walker, I can’t help but notice tourists rushing from parked coaches at Beachy Head centre straight to the cliff edge to view or photograph the lighthouse. They lean right over the crumbling edge; the warning signs are completely ignored.

Yes, there are signs – but they are few and far between.
