Holding the key to Santa’s world

OF ALL the memories I have from my years as Santa Claus in the Enterprise Centre there is one that surpasses all the others.

It happened this way - a young brother and sister approached me and the boy fixed me with a withering look and said, “You can’t get into our house Santa, cos we’ve got a back-boiler”.

But then his sister stepped in and said, “Oh yes he can, he’s got a key to the world.”

I wonder where they are today?
