Woman ‘throws woman in road’ in Eastbourne parking dispute

Police are seeking witnesses after two women became embroiled in a dispute over a parking space in Eastbourne.

According to Sussex Police, one woman was alleged to have driven her car into the other woman’s, before grappling with her and throwing her onto the road.

The incident is said to have taken place in Lismore Road at 12.30pm on Friday, October 26.

Officers want to talk to anyone who may have seen what happened, and in particular an elderly couple who are believed to have intervened.

The incident occurred at the rear of Debenhams department store.
