An English sparkling wine tasting evening will be held in aid of the Friends of Eastbourne Hospital with an expert from a Sussex vineyard.
The event will be held at the Eastbourne DGH restaurant from 7.30pm on October 7.
Tom Surgey from Ridgeview Wine Estate will be giving the tasting. Ticket will cost £30.
On the night, guests will be able to order a case of six bottles of sparkling wine at a 15 per cent discount and five per cent of the purchase price will go towards the charity.

Guests will enjoy four glasses of Ridgeview sparkling wines and learn about the history, production and international acclaim these wines are gaining as well as plenty of useful hints and tips on tasting, choosing and understanding wine.
