Watch fire crews tackle blaze in Eastbourne street

Firefighters were sent to tackle a blaze at a house in Ocklynge Road.

Crews from Eastbourne and Seaford rushed to the scene just before 10am this morning.

According to the fire service, crews extinguished a fire which emanated from building waste in a garden, and had spread to an external building.

Ocklynge Road was cordoned off to through traffic as the incident was dealt with.

No one was reported at harmed.
