THE WEDDING of Eastbourne couple Victoria Kirwan and James Potten took place at Worth Abbey.

Pupils from Ratton School entertained guests after the service with a display of Irish dancing.

The bride, a teacher at Ratton School, was given away by father Steve Kirwan and attended by maid of honour Kate Kirwan, the bride’s sister, Annabelle Potten, sister of the groom, and friends Laura McLean and Sian Stewart. Rosie Hallissey, cousin and god-daughter of the bride, attended as flower girl.

Best man was Kevin Danagher, and groomsmen were Sam Kirwan, brother of the bride, Aran Ibbotson, Ross Armstrong and Matt Caesar. Laurence Armitage, nephew of the groom, was the page boy and ring-bearer.

The reception was held at the Norfolk Pavilion at the South of England Showground.

The couple honeymooned in the Bahamas and Florida.
