A statement from Goodwood Motor Circuit said: “On the morning of Thursday, March 30, a suggestion was made during the breakfast show on BBC Radio 2 that a new television show, featuring former Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, would be filmed at Goodwood Motor Circuit.

“Goodwood has no knowledge currently of any such production, nor of a meeting that has been reported as being scheduled for March 30, and will be making no further comment on the matter.”

But just before the statement was released, a picture was tweeted from a pub in Lavant of Clarkson, Hammond and May eating there last night. http://www.chichester.co.uk/news/local/top-gear-stars-jeremy-clarkson-james-may-and-richard-hammond-pictured-in-chichester-1-6718139

They are said to have stayed in the area last night and rumours suggest a new motor show, independent of the BBC, will feature all three of the well-known presenters.
