Two people hurt in A27 crash

Two people were rushed to hospital after the motorbike they were riding collided with a car.

The Kent Air Ambulance was scrambled to the scene following the crash on the A27 at Westham, shortly before 11.30am on Saturday (August 13).

The injured riders, who were both travelling on the same bike, both sustained injured to their legs and one was suffering from back pain.

Air ambulance crews assisted at the scene before the patients were taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton via land ambulance.
