Town centre offices to become flats?
An office block in Eastbourne town centre could be converted into flats.
An application for prior approval for a proposed change of use at Greencoat House in St Leonard’s Road has been submitted to Eastbourne council.
The notification is to convert the existing four storey building to provide 12 self-contained apartments.
