Town centre office could be turned into flats
A plan is in the pipeline to turn an office block in Eastbourne town centre into 28 apartments.
Berkeley House in Gildredge Road has historically been used as office space but an application for prior approval for a change of use to residential accommodation has been submitted to Eastbourne council and been granted.
The five storey block, which has basement parking, has been on the market for some time.
