Another scarecrow has been stolen from Stone Cross.

The scarecrow was taken from the Red Lion pub in the village over the weekend.

The pub sent the Herald a picture as part of an appeal for information on the scarecrow’s whereabouts.

Earlier this week Dawn Dark contacted the Herald to tell us that a scarecrow made by Year 2 children from Stone Cross School was stolen over the weekend, blasting the thieves as ‘mindless individuals’.

Where is Meg the scarecrow from Eastbourne?
