The first Eastbourne Yoga Show will take place at the Yoga Life Studio in the town’s Enterprise Centre next month.
The event will take place on June 13 and the organisers estimated that more than 200 people will attend at various times during the day, depending on their areas of interest.
Yoga Life Studio opened its doors seven years ago and has since grown in popularity in the town.
Located upstairs in the Enterprise Centre it is run by yoga instructors Wenche Beard and Eva Kristlova.
Eva Kristlova of Yoga Life, said, “The idea for the day is to bring together a wide variety of yoga styles, plus related workshops and talks on health and wellbeing for the benefit of people in Eastbourne.”
Wenche Beard of Yoga Life, said, “We started Yoga life almost seven years ago, to provide a diverse range of yoga styles right in the heart of the town.
“We now have almost 200 regulars and growing. Most of our classes are suitable for all levels of ability.”
The day offers 25 classes to include yoga swings, chanting and meditation, sound healing, animal yoga, partner yoga, Luna yoga, wellbeing stalls, massages and freshly made detox juices available on site.
