A STUNTMAN who has appeared in four Harry Potter films as well as Batman Begins and Robin Hood handed out tips to youngsters at St Andrew’s Prep School.
Nicholas Daines took a break from his Hollywood acting career to teach children the tricks of his trade, including how to fall safely, jump through the air and take part in mock fights.
Mr Daines, from Surrey, said he enjoyed visiting schools because he could show pupils that joining the stunt profession was something anyone could achieve. The former British gymnast said, “I would’ve given my hind teeth for someone to come into school and show stunt work is a valid career path.”
A spokesman for the school said the visit had given the pupils an example of how to be athletic outside of traditional sport.
